Sterling Witt

Sterling Witt is a Kansas City-based artist and musician that wandered West to the sea, creating art and music and video for songs such as "Unconditional Love." With wavy blond hair, blue eyes, mustache, and wisps of hair on his chin, Witt brings to mind a feisty, fair-haired Mercutio from Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet combined with a dash of modern rock troubadour's penchant for angst. Whatever. The guy can sing and play his guts out. This video shows off Witt's more demonstrative style of performance (on camera at least). Check out YouTube for plenty of other footage from live shows and this rendition of "In My Head." The artwork and objects displayed show the influences for his 2006 release, Sea Things.
